I don't know if you can find something...in a very interesting session that starts at January 31, 2011,concerning 'Connect your iPhone/iPad via IPsec and SSLVPN'.
The session describes mobile connections via SSL VPN...so i don't know if you can find something about static routes...At least you can take some ideas. Also you can search there for a solution...
Good luck....

Although Cisco switches dynamically build the MAC address table by using the source MAC address of the received frames, you can also manually add a MAC address to the switch’s MAC address table. The static MAC entries will be retained even after the switch is restarted. To configure a static MAC address, the following command is used. Add Static route to a host using an exit interface ciscorouter (config)# ip route 192.168.2.10 255.255.255.255 serial0/0/0 Where 192.168.1.1 is the host & serial0/0/0 is the exit interface on the router Add Static route to a Network using a next hop router. If you searching for special discount you'll need to searching when special time come or holidays. In OS X, to specify a route for network 10.0.0.0/24 to be routed to gateway 10.0.0.1 you use the following command. $ route -n add 10.0.0.0/24 10.0.0.1 But if you are on a Linux system you will have to use the following command to do the same: $ route -n add -net 10.0.0.0/24 gw 10.0.0.1 The syntax is very close to the syntax of OS X but it is not identical.
